"Can I try different programs?"
Absolutely! Your membership gives you access to all our programs. Mix and match to keep things fresh and find what works best for you. Many members love combining kickboxing with bootcamp or taking Dynamic Striking to improve their technique.
"What should I bring to my first class?"
Just bring a water bottle, comfortable workout clothes, and a great attitude! We provide everything else - gloves, wraps, and all equipment. First-timers are welcomed and guided through everything step-by-step.
"Do I need experience?"
Not at all! Over 80% of our members had zero kickboxing or fitness experience when they started. Our coaches are experts at working with all levels - from complete beginners to advanced athletes. Everyone starts somewhere!
"What's included in my membership?"
Your membership includes unlimited access to all group classes (Kickboxing, BootCamp, Dynamic Striking, and Hybrid), use of all equipment, and access to both our Bohemia and Carle Place locations. Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching are available as add-ons.
"Can I switch programs anytime?"
